DIAMOND TILLMAN

Co-Founder, Head of TV and Web

Diamond S. Tillman is a producer, writer, and the Head of Television and Web Content. In the position, she is responsible for finding or developing television and digital content, as well as overseeing current and future TV or web productions produced for and by Switch Up Entertainment.

Born and raised in Jamaica, Queens, New York. Tillman grew up as an only child which led her to have a very creative imagination. Many of her days were spent writing and creating skits for her, and her cousins to act out for their family. Throughout her school years, Tillman was a part of many plays such as Midsummer’s Night Dream, Princess, and the Pea, The Taming of the Shrew, Little Shop of Horrors, and much more. She also enjoyed working behind the scenes of many plays as well. Although her main goal in life was not to become an actor, she truly enjoyed being a part of the theater world.

After reading some of the television scripts Juwan had written, she developed her own series with Eric Martin. It was because of this why Chambers asked him to co-found Switch Up Entertainment. In May 2020, Tillman graduated from NCCU with her second Bachelors's degree, a B.S. in Nursing, and will continue to help usher in the return of Switch Up after a two-year hiatus.
